What to Expect & Prices
Janet's Reflexology provides a holistic treatment tailored to each client.Treatments are provided in a warm and comfortable environment. Your first appointment will include a consultation where you will be asked questions about your health history and lifestyle. This is an important aspect of the treatment to allow me to have an understanding of all the factors that may be affecting your health and well-being. Please add a further 15-30 minutes for your first treatment to allow for the consultation.
Reflexology
I will ask you to remove your shoes and socks and lie down and will use my hands to apply pressure to your feet. A treatment will usually last between 45 minutes and 1 hour. We will usually discuss the recommended number or regularity of treatment dependent on your bodies needs.
Cost: £25.00
Indian Head Massage
I will ask you to either lie down or sit facing away from me on a chair or stool. I will then massage different parts of the back, arms, neck, shoulders, scalp and face. The pressure applied will vary dependent on your individual requirements. A treatment will usually last between 30 and 45 minutes.
Cost: £20.00
Please add a further £5 if you wish to receive a treatment at home or at work. Please give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling appointments. This enables me to offer the appointment to another client.
